FIRST Scholarship Application The completed FIRST Scholarship application package must be submitted no later than November 15, 2018 for Early Decision I candidates and no later than February 1, 2019 for Early Decision II and Regular Decision candidates. Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
